The CEL is only setting for P2510. I have cleared the CEL twice this week, the first time the only codes were P2510 and P2610. The second time P2563 and P003A were intermittent but not set and P2510 was confirmed. I'm not sure if I should try and get the ECM flashed by the dealer or not.
What is flashing the ECM going to do to repair the P2510 issue???

Yeah I didn’t think a flash would fix it based on that.

Is this the correct ground diagram for the LBZ? I found this off the GM Upfitter website and this is my first time on that site, kind of hard to navigate for me but I may just be an idiot.

Anyway I plan on cleaning all of the main engine grounds which I believe there to be 5(?) GND Zone 3, 6, 5, 7 and 4. The rest seem to be for stuff inside of the truck. This diagram includes things like "Flex Fuel Sensor" but I believe that all the trucks use this ground setup is that correct?

Also my batteries are two different brands and two different ages. Duralast 9/19 and ACDelco 5/20. Worth replacing to eliminate battery issues? I was planning on getting them tested but am open to starting fresh on the truck.

Okay I am going to give an update to this thread and close it out, hopefully it is not too soon to say this.

P2510 and P2610 are both gone. I replaced my batteries in my truck on December 4th, fixed some of the battery wiring as well. Those two codes have not shown themselves since. I don't know how that is battery related at all but it has been a month, over a thousand miles and probably 100 starting and shutting off (maybe not that many but still). I am going to go ahead and call that a win.
My best estimated guess is that when I bought the truck the old batteries were in good shape and then after a few hundred miles they just went kaput.

My P2563 is intermittent and does not pop the CEL. Based on all my testing I believe that the solenoid is somehow struggling and the turbo is just fine. I will opt not to replace right now as this is not causing drivability issues. It could be a wiring problem but I am not sure, I could never find any broken or chafed wires.

I am now getting a CEL for the P2563 code. P003A is just intermittent I believe. Haven't tested anything to see what has maybe changed and caused it to throw a CEL but this has sort of expedited my turbo cleaning.

Still think it is the solenoid going out. Truck has zero drivability issues and it seems like my mileage is normal.

I think the hardest part is going to be pulling it out. It really does not look all that bad but everyone says it is a massive PITA to remove and reinstall

It is... I think its like a 10-12 hour job by the book. And it's not light either....
I don't want to have to deal with mine after the fact.

What is the EGR job book time? Cause I get the feeling I am going to be 3/4 of the way there doing that anyway.
