I'd suggest gmpartsdirect.com or a similar site...Someone over at dieselplace said he found some for $160 each there, IIRC...

They were plug and play on mine. If you have power fold or power extend, that might be an issue, but I had standard power adjust, heated mirrors (no turn signal), and they work fine.
