Lookout Duramax Owners!!!

few weeks ago was drivin in town and a dumb woman ran a red light....my pedal went to floor, and i hit her. i was fine, and so was she...but the brake situation confused me considering its a new truck....fast forward 2 days i was helping my parents move, and towing a 20 ft flatbed trailer loaded with their furniture coming down the yucaipa grade (steep hill near our town on interstate 10) and i pushed my brakes and they slowly fell to the floor....i had NO BRAKES coming down the hill....i manually shifted the truck to a stop at the bottom and noticed my truck was covered in brake fluid. i popped my hood to find the source of the problem. one of my cold side clamps that hold on silicone hose to the intercooler rubbed through my brake line completely. i checked a co-workers lbz and his clamp was less than an eighth inch from his brake line which was easily fixed. gm didn want anythung to do about this after i contacted them about the situation...in the end they fixed my truck for free....(brakes and accident damage), but i really didnt feel comfortable taking the truck back after those two incidents.....CHECK YOUR BRAKE LINES!!!
