Anyone make Long tube headers with mid pipe? Not seeing much.. 2006 2500hd crew cab 6.0.

 

The Speed-Engineering headers worked fine in my 2005 suburban 2500 with a 6 liter. Call them to verify but it should be good.

 

Anything made for the 6.0 should be fine. half ton and 3/4 are the same. 3/4 comes with a larger diameter exhaust from the factory.

 

The 1/2 ton the exhaust will go to 1 pipe mid way. the 2500hd is 2 pipes. Like said above any 6.0 truck headers will fit, its do you wanna run single or dual. Headers with mid pipe that bolts on i couldn't find any made when i looked for them for my 2500hd. I had to piece mine together until i made it to the exhaust shop. Either way you go its going to take some work. There is quite a few companies that make expensive ones and cheap ones, that part is tough with mixed reviews.

Above are 2 examples how the 1500 headers will come. The 2nd set stainless works told me to buy since they don't have a direct fit.

 

I think most any of the Hummer H2 ones should also work fine. That is what I have..... on many I had found back when I looked they also stated they would fit on any of the 2500HD 6.0 trucks. FWIW, I bought a set of the OBX long tubes with the high flow cats on eBay and am actually very pleased with them. Are the top of the line, no but for the price they are not too bad at all.
