Well, i dont know how to tell really without just filling it up and doing the math on my 01 2500 HD, i dont know what gears are in it yet, but the fuel gauge is broken, so i guess i will fill every 200 miles to be safe, LOL.

Is there a common issues with the fuel gauge not working in these?

Sending unit is bad, happens to most of the 99-02s, I had to do it to my 01 when I bought it back in 04.

Sweet, that is just in the tank, so just get the whole assembly and then swap the pump out?

You can get it a couple ways, you can get the whole bucket assembly or you can get teh actual gauge sender that just has the float with the new electrical connector.

Sweet, removing the bed will require a few buddies, but it is better than dropping the tank, LOL.

cant really go buy what people say on line do to where they live... if you in callie you will get a lot better than a guy in aspen.

out 6.0 is about 13-15 on the highway...10-12 in town.. the 8.1L is 8-10 in town 13 on the highway... all 3 of the denalis with the 6.2L suck... the 2011 model only has 1100 miles but has used 100 gallons of fuel... the 2010 has 14K miles and is getting 14 mpg.. the 09 is my dads and he has lead food and is always in town.. it has 11k miles and is getting 8.5-10 mpg

for mileage, ive read that vera ram and volant help out..

My 06 2500HD 6.0L 2WD runs 2500RPM at 70 and is all stock. I get about 300 a tank. Cluster shows 14.2 and if you calculate 300/24=12.5 because it's a 26g tank but you never run it dry.

I got it 2weeks ago.
