Im finding out too that to making the power is easy, but to get it to the ground a better converter and some trans mods are necessary. They say (ive read) that the stock allie can handle btween 85-100 extra horses. Im putting a Transgo JR in mine to help up the holding pressure but in the near future im getting better clucthes and a TQ verter . This will help me get in the 12's. Along with EFI live and some lift pumps.

there rclb trucks. The new ally is supposed to hold alot more power than the older one from what I hear. I bet those mods will get him safely into the 13's. It is the LBZ right? Tell him go strait for the Bully Dog w/Crazy Larry. That alone should do it, larry donr mess around.

He will need to build the trans.

For up to 450RWHP on LBZ, get a TransGo Jr kit + a triple disk converter, if you have more power go with a fully built Suncoast.

We just ran 12.92@102.8 at LACR in Kathy's Crew Cab LBZ with a trans, tuning, and exhaust. An RC at HRP should go about 12.4 with same combo.
