just because the numbers match doesent mean it hasnt been rebuilt . im curious to know if it has but there isnt really a way to know for sure unless it was done and in the carfax.

Assuming all the scheduled maintenance
5k mile oil changes, 150 of those.
30K to 50k out of tires depending on brand and use 15 to 25 sets.
30k trans services 25 of those.
15k Air filters 50
ect ect....Diff services, probably has only had the brakes done 5 times since the factory brakes if not abused last a while.

Thats very very impressive even if the engine and trans where rebuilt, that truck looks great after 751,000.

So he would have to get oil changes every few weeks and tires every few months.
