Figured it out!
Well, back to figuring out this after putting it off for a while. With early morning work weeks, I just can't take it anymore.
Fuse number 31 (daytime running lights) 15 amp engine compartment fuse block. I bought a fuse tap from advance auto placing the existing 15 amp on the bottom and using a 10 amp for the gauges.
