Default Track a license plate
Can anyone tell me how I can track an old 1964-66 Chevy C10 just by the license plate that is on the truck? I found one that has a solid body, and nice patina, but I haven't been able to find who the owner is. Any information anyone can tell me would be appreciated. The truck is a Texas truck and the License plate # is 2NPL65. Thank you.

One of those small title transfer offices can do it, but they may be tight with the info due to confidentiality laws. Got any cop buddies?
