Rods are off.
Aside from a few marks here and there, there are 2 things that I would like to call to your attention.
I am not sure if the pistons hit each other while I was driving or what but 1 piston barely has a scratch on the side of it near the ring land. The other had some of the coating scratched off.
I dont beleive they will affect them but I want you to be happy.
The scratch, I would lightly sand it down with fine sand paper and run it. As far as the coating its up to you. You could probally run it the way it is, re-coat it, or have it blasted off.
Mine were worse and actually had some scuffing but I am haveing them re-coated any way. A new set of after market stock replacement pistons is $300, From GM its around 2X - 3X that.
I just want to make sure you still want them. I will get a small box on monday and get the actual shiping weight.
