they are in good shape and intact. you will need a harness for them to work and the pcm tuned for them.

You dont have to have a harness, and you dont have to have a tune. I rednecked my way through my install. Went to auto zone and got an adjustable thermostat e-fan controler for $20, made my own harness and it works great. Not to mention my avy picked up 3mpgs... For what hes asking youd be crazy not to buy them.
