I have had this wideband for about 8 Mo. The DAC took a **** and needs to be sent in for repair. Very easy process you just email Innovate and usualy within 24hrs they issue you an RMA#. You send it to them and in 2/4 weeks you have a like new working LC-1. The only things not included is the 02 sensor bung and software disc, Witch you can D/L from there site. You can pick up a 02 bung from any exhaust shop or online for a few bucks.

They dont charge for the repair. You just need to email them to get a RMA#, The cost to ship to them is about $5 depending on your location. I have delt with Felipe at Innovate many, many times and I will help you get a RMA# if need be. The DAC is the part that goes bad on the LC-1. This is 100% legit! The DAC is the digital to analog converter that always goes out on them. It will still work if you use the digital serial cable into a lab top and there software, but the analog outputs feed the standalone gauges and tuning software so they won't work unless you have it fixed.
