No not yet, My part was just finished not long ago. Probably a few months before its lit off.

around 20 psi, I think those pulleys will put it at 23. Custom pulley where going to be expensive and not needed to start it.
No these type of builds are pure custom.
The main idler pulley on the water pump is screwed on, set screwed, pressed and snapped ringed in place. If it comes off something else let go. . It houses dual bearings to allow for different pulley speed, between the water pump and the idler. Its a pretty Trick piece. It actually goes around the stock water pump pulley, with .050 clearance all the way around the id.

heat? No not really the intercooler should take care of the heat pretty easily. It will require a meziere water pump, lots of 5/8 heater hose, huge heat exchanger, and one big *** water reservior tank. LOL

Thanks for the compliments guys, I spend a lot of sleepless nights just thinking about this set up, and tweeking things.
