Default few rt questions

i just picked up a 1 owner 98 dakota rt with 62k miles. it is very clean, but i have a couple questions.

my center console lid is broken and i cant find a replacment. any ideas where i could find one? are they rt specific or could i find one in a regular dakota?

the truck came with the original window sticker and on the options it lists a speedo recalibration box. i know stock they are supposed to have 3.92's, but in OD at 65mph i am running right at 3k rpms. is that right? the truck does have taller tire too 275/65r17(i think)all the way around.

it has the cd/cassette player and the speaker covers say infiniti, but does anyone have any specifics on the stereo system?

thanks in advance

rip it out and put in a floor shifter, thats looked good in my old R/T. If you are running 3k at 65 then u may have 4.56's in it. thats about what mine would turn at 65. but I sold mine 4 years ago.
