spark plug question

I have a 2014 gmc sierra on a 100 shot, so the ngk v power br6ef or br7ef should be fine? Also what should i gapped them too?....TIA

What would i gapped them too? Also do you know how long before i change them?

.032. plug change intervals would depend on how good/bad your tuneup is. just keep an eye on them. learn to read plugs.

Thanks for the input dude, and am guessing iridium would be better then copper despite the $$$ price right.
