no one would pay what ive got in it or I would haha
wired a tcm in. did absolutely nothing, losing faith in wiring people company because even the directions they gave to wire the tcm in were wrong and then didn't email me back when I had problems, figured it out. Got tcm in, but cant get it to talk, it sees it there but cant communicate
one FINALLY up side is hptuners released an update allowing us to fix the throttle issue, throttle range is normal now but its pulling something crazy like 15-18degrees of timing out and thats what the current stump is..
its also out of fuel by 4500 rpm now that the throttle works properly.. but knew that was coming..
trying to figure this out, still have no speedo, no fuel garage and lights on.. so sick of this and I still think a lot of problems are in the harness..
latest idea is swapping to a 6speed ctsv computer, or zr1 computer, they are both e67 ecu's which is what I have currently, so either replace it or reflash it.. but repinning an entire ecu just for it to MAYBE work.. is holding me back a lot
about at my wits end with this thing
thanks man

5.3 swap in my Colorado
hey guys new to the forum anf the ls world. got me a 5.3 the other day and began to tear it down and found what look to be like a blown window in the top of the block. are these normal or is my block screwed. all of the internals I pulled were in great shape also

****, I thought I updated this more...
well long story short, I had to rewire a lot of the truck and change the ecu and gas pedal to get it working right..
finally got it tuned and the first time in the YEARS its been together that it ran right. I know dyno numbers are just numbers but I really wanted 500whp and fell just shy of that, it made 478rwhp/466rwtq
It got tuned mid october and I killed the clutch a couple weeks later, turns out my fancy bad *** centerforce clutch is a giant piece of **** that I wasted $1300 bucks on... so I need to get a clutch for it, going to change the master, clutch lines and throw out bearing while its out. Its on a factory master currently with factory lines and it cant keep up.
Anywho, heres the dyno video cause everyone loves dyno videos haha
