Wow those are great numbers. Seems a little fat for pump gas only at that AFR, especially with Direct injection. Seems everything I have read points toward being able to go a tad leaner with these.

I hear the DI engines like mid 12's for FI. I'd be interested to play with one of these trucks on the dyno to see what works and what doesn't.

1-2 and 2-3 shifts sound like you are shifting a T56. Sounds cool as hell for an auto

The tune is a little on the conservative side. The torque management was removed but the computer still cuts the throttle back between shifts. My tuner battled this for a while and no matter what he did he could not get it to power through the shifts. He is investigating the problem and when he finds a fix I will have him retune the trans. Its really bad at about 3/4 throttle. Sounds like you hit the rev limiter then slam the next gear.

O and BTW headers drop your boost a lot. The kit I bought comes with a 3.85" pulley and is advertised to have 7-8 pounds of boost on a stock 5.3. I ordered the tuner kit and opted for the 3.7" pulley and only ended up with 6 psi. Wish I would have went with the 3.4" pulley. O well maybe in the near future....

Yes unlocked. My tuner believes the stock fuel system is probably good for another 75 RWHP.
