Default Calling on 14+ 6.2 maggy owner

A fellow member is having trouble with intake bellow size.Magnuson says there bellow in the kit fits the 5.3 throttle body and it also fits the giant 6.2 throttle body.

one other magnacharger company sales person says the same, one size fits all,I tried to explain that the 6.2 TB is 100mm ,they continue to stick to there guns.

I called superchargers online and spoke to David that came from maggy after 14 years,he said the same, he plans to confirm tomorrow,I asked him if he has the parts in stock to try and shove that rubber on that bigger that a donkey dick throttle body before calling magnuson.

Oh I am asking if anyone has a maggy on there DI 6.2 truck and could take a pic of it and describe your install .thanks

I don't have the Maggie, but my eforce has a different tube for the 6.2 vs the 5.3. Also when I was looking for CIA's some of the kits had the same p/n for both 5.3 and 6.2, but included an adapter to neck down for the 5.3. I think magnacharger is very wrong, which is not like them.

5.3 is what I have and the coupler at the TB will not fit a 6.2 TB

I emailed Tim at Magnuson and he said they only ship one tube which is Total ******* Bullshit! Im pissed right now because it clearly shows two different tubes! I know damn well the Airaid MIT tubes have different TB couplers because I had to buy one!

Well...Well.... I just got an email from Tim at Magnuson and I sent him pictures of the different tubes and finally got him to admit they where different! So now he wants a $100 dollars for the updated version which I refuse to pay since this was a New in the Box item in the kit. What a weasel this guy is!

I was contacted by Dan Bronsten @ Magnuson and he also refuses to send me the part. And did tell me that they had a mid run change on this particular part (probably from Customer complaints) oh... and he Discounted it 15%. I tell you one damn thing If I didn't have to take my truck apart to get this **** off of it I would sell it and go with a Whipple in a NY second!

One size doesn't fit all, but that is simple fix, buy another coupler that fits properly.

Those pics of the 6.2 and 5.3 above looks like one is stock Maggie part and the other could have been customized since it looks like it is a Lingenfelter build.

If they change the tube mid-cycle and you bought a nu-used kit why would they be responsible?

Both are from Magnuson. And because the one I have doesn't fit so why would they not replace it?
