Default Synergy Twin Turbo kit

I love this kit do death but after 3 years, I've been itching to put together a new build. Up for sale is my Synergy Motorsports Twin Turbo kit. It is 100% complete and ready to bolt on and go. I purchased this kit from Rick @ Synergy 3 years ago. It was on his Shop Truck and was the prototype for his $7k+ Silverado twin kits. It had 5k miles on it when I bought it and I have put another 23k miles on it (28k total).

The kit includes:
(2) Garrett GT3071r-wg ball bearing, water cooler turbo's w/internal wastegates
Ceramic coated (rated @ 2200 degrees) OEM manifolds
Ceramic Coated SS 304 Stainless Steel hot pipes (2 1/2")
Ceramic coated SS 304 3.0" downpipes w/ SS 304 V-Bands and O2 bungs
2" cold side pipes
Treadstone 3 core Front mounted Intercooler (1453 CFM Flow Rate, rated at 1000 HP)
Vortech Race Bypass Valve
SS -4AN oil lines and 5/8" oil drain hoses
Water cooled turbo fittings and hoses
Custom Spark plug wires w/heat wrap
Twin Air Filters
Snow Stage 2 Methanol kit

You'll just need a tune, injectors, tap your oil feed and pan (twice) and a solid two weekends to install. Word to the wise: This is a serious install. It's not that difficult, just very time consuming. The good part is once it's installed, other than filling the Meth tank every week, it's been virtually maintenance free.

This kit is super responsive on my 6.0l but it would be perfectly fine on a 4.8 or 5.3. With a stock 4L80e torque converter, I would see 10lbs of boost at 2500RPM with anything more than 2/3's throttle. It was tame enough for my wife to drive her girlfriend and our two kids to the mall but got very serious, very quickly with anything over 1/2 throttle. I ran 10lb springs in the wastegates and with a conservative tune, 60lb injectors and an intank 255l pump, my 5800lb Crew Cab truck ran 12.64's @ 109 (4.6 second 0-60) on a 100% stock LQ9 6.0l (other than Comp springs). Even after multiple hard runs, I would never see my IAT's any higher than about 10-15 degrees over ambient temperature.

My Denali is AWD so I never got the opportunity run it on the Dyno. When Rick had it on his shop truck with a stock bottom end 5.3l, 317 heads + Springs (8.5:1 comp) , a 226* cam in front of a 4L80E, he pulled 717 WRHP @ 6000 RPM and nailed 714 WRTQ @ 4750 at 17lbs of boost (see the Dyno Chart below). This kit will support over 800/800 on the right long block and still be 100% streetable without the turbo lag one would associate with a large frame single that could support that power level.

Ball Bearing Turbo's are known for their ubber reliability and are generally good for 100k+ miles. One of the turbo's has always been a little louder than the other during spool down after shutoff and about 6 months ago, it got a little too loud for my peace of mind so I replaced the CHRA (the middle of the turbo with the ball bearings and seals) at a cost of almost $800. Now both turbo's are perfectly quiet but I will unconditionally guarantee both turbo’s for 30 days after purchase. I also had some minor flaking on the ceramic coating on the manifolds and downpipes so I had them stripped and professionally recoated with 2200* Ceramic coating about 2 months ago. While I was at the Ceramic coater, I had both of the compressor housing coated with a heat-dispersing flat black ceramic coating that should drop IAT's even further. The compressor housing and manifolds have not been run since I had them recoated and are perfect.

This kit runs over $7k+ at Synergy w/o the $800 Ceramic Coating and just the parts and coating alone would run over $5500 without fabrication. The kit is completely removed and ready to ship.
$4750 shipped.

There are also a bunch of assorted clamps and some vacuum line not shown.

Thanks for looking,
Rick

Great price and a awesome seller. I bought a few things off Rick in the past and he has gone out of his way to make sure things went smoothly.

Rick was also kind enough to demo this kit for me a few times and I must say it is a blast. The power comes on quick and stays until you let you foot off the throttle.

Thanks Guys. I think it's a very good price for a 100% complete kit + Stage ll Snow Meth kit. My bad for putting "shipped" last night. I've had three members PM me and thay are all on the East Coast. My UPS bill is going to suck.

Thanks for the nice comments Matt. Email me your PayPal address and I'll send you the $50 I promised if you give me a postitive plug...

I have the Vortech Race Bypass Valve on the lightest setting so anything more than 1/3 throttle and you hear the turbos spool up. I'm going to miss the Bypass "woosh". If you let off the gas abruptly with even a lb or two of boost, the bypass lets out a loud "whoosh". It's fun to see the look on Ricer's faces when I pull up beside them and make it go off. Almost as fun as when I smoke them out of the hole and they can't catch up...
