Came into a lot of Pacesetter exhaust products that need to go away asap! They are all brand new and in original packaging. Send me some offers.

PM sent for 72c2265 and Y pipe. Anybody running these on an 03-07 2500? Im having difficulty finding a reasonable header for a 3/4Ton.

cjcullom, I have Pacesetters on my 03 2500HD 6.0L. If you have the 2" factory body lift and 4WD you'll run into issues with fit on the drivers side. The pipes just behind the collector will hit the front drive shaft, preventing the drive shaft from turning and preventing the flange from sealing on the back 2 exhaust ports. I ended up having a buddy of mine who fabs for a living come over and pie cut the pipes so I could push the collector away from the front drive shaft. After we test fitted it and found we had made enough room we welded it back up and I did my best to clean up the welds but it wasn't very pretty.

That being said, I believe a 2500LD truck DOES NOT have the 2 inch body lift and it may clear because of that alone. They were so close to fitting.

I ran the headers on my 04 hd. I had custom mid pipes made. I beleive there may be a pic in some of my garage pics. Im at work on my phone so kind of limited.

Do those shorty headera for the 96-99 vortecs include the egr tube on the driver side header?

bluebommer07 - the part number with a third digit "C" are coated.

Richardman1992 - I am almost positive they do, but I haven't opened any of these. They should be with EGR and without AIR. Here is a link to those headers on their website
