Not a "direct fit", I had to do some small modifications. But, it is made out of aluminum and cuts fast. It saved me a lot of time.

Sry I see it now thought you mentioned it but you where saying cut some of the wrap. So I will need to buy a intake from member on here with rails and injectors or buy flex fuel injectors. C5 filter, 4 bolt tb, silicone adapter to convert to cai and some 3/8 hose. Will there be holes to mount the filter to fuel rails?

I currently have a complete NNBS intake with flex fuel injectors and rails available if it's something you're interested in. Pictures are available in the link posted near the top of this thread. PM me if it's something you're interested in.
In reference to the fuel filter mounting to the rail. In my case, I was able to mount the filter bracket to a small little tab that is on the NNBS rails. I just had to pull the filter canister out of its sleeve and mount and flip it 180 degrees. You have to be very careful running a bolt and nut through the brackets though because it's easy to compress the hardline of the fuel rail right where the tab is located, you don't want to tear through the metal. Alternatively, some people just run the filter directly off the backside off the rail, but it causes the fuel fines to be jammed against the firewall. Here are some pictures from when I was mocking up the filter and loop lines/fittings.

Keep in mind, when running the corvette fuel filter returnless conversion on the 99-02 year models, you will need to have your tuner adjust for the transition to a fuel table compatible with a static fuel pressure of 58psi rather than the factory vacuum referenced variable pressure table.
For those interested, here are some images of my chosen method for plumbing the returnless conversion using the vette filter. The way I have mine done keeps the fuel fines from being jammed up against the fire wall and keeps the filter from being wedge back to the back of the engine bay.
As others have mentioned by linking my thread, I keep a pretty constant supply of these intakes and can probably get you setup with the parts you need if you're interested.
