driver side rocker arms wont tighten?

i replaced the lifters and head gaskets, so the other side was off also

Did the pushrods seat in the lifters properly??? Typically what i will do is set the pushrod into the lifter and push them down slightly serves two purposes, seats the pushrod and pushes the lifter to the camshaft out of the guide.... Did the right side torque down without issue???

just tried to see if it would tighten down with out the pushrod and the thread stripped oput of the head.
