Few questions y'all,

1, how long does header wrap stink, I keep mistaking it for rubber or something internal burning up ha-ha

2. What would help is lowering the raspy sound of the exhaust over 3000RPM? I have a flowmaster super ten so its fairly close to a straight pipe, would going to a super 40 or 44 deepen and help with the raspiness of the exhaust or changing tips or just leave it?

Add a resonator before the muffler.

40 or 44 would help with rasp some more baffles

A Flowmaster Super 40 or Super 44 Series muffler will get rid of some of that rasp and give you a deeper, bassier tone than the Super 10 that you are currently running. For additional details on either of these muffler designs or if you would like one of our techs to help you to determine which muffler might be best-suited for your truck, give us a call at 707-544-4761.

Flowmaster thank you for contacting me, I used to have a super 40 on the truck and I still have the muffler around so that's what I'm more than likely going to put back on. FFDP what do you suggest as a add on resonator?
