Are the top and bottom hoses about the same temperature or is one much hotter than the other?

Wild shot in the dark: Have any black rubber filler pieces from around the radiator been removed or do you have any kind of skid plate that could be blocking or changing the normal airflow? Has the radiator been replaced with an aftermarket unit (it might look the same but not be as good)?

Ok I'll check that. I know the hoses, and everything else under the hood gets s o hot it will burn you. Even the hood latch!

That sounds like a lack of flow somewhere, whether air flow or coolant flow.. How much dirt and crap is there in front of the condensor and between the condensor and radiator... What temp thermostat are you running?

What you're describing with the hot hood latch is a symptom of clogged air passages, most likely in the condenser. It's really easy enough to take the entire radiator out and check for debris.

This every get resolved? Sound like a clogged radiator, Dex cool will build up and do this. Didn't you say it doesn't overheat while driving???
