Last I checked they all make stuff for mine, and our exhaust should be the same in factory configuration.

Yea they aren't cheap. But you get what you pay for. I have the ARH you just mentioned and I wouldn't have it any other way.

There are some budget stainless options out there though. You need to search eBay etc... As mentioned look for silverado SS headers.

Yea I've seen the OBX and ebay setups, but I've seen they can have fitment issues. I'd rather spend the money once and do it right, so i won't have to mess with it again. I'm basically stuck at deciding between the Kooks with cats, or the ARH with no cats. They're priced about the same, and going into my stock muffler.

Also, 1 3/4" or 1 7/8"? I'll likely stop at intake exhaust and tune.
I had a similar issue in my application. If you are staying stock cam I say 1 3/4" is plenty. A competent exhaust shop can knock the midpipes out without issue. My go to shop cut up a bunch of mandrel bent stock tailpipes from newer truck dual jobs to fabricate the exhaust on my Express van. The exhaust steps down from the 3" pipes Dough Thorley ships to match the factory L31 Express exhaust, reduces to 2.75" mandrels from newer GMs and into 2.5" high flow mettalic core spun cats. Works well for me as there was no bolt in part available for a 1/2 ton Express with headers and a 4L80E.
