The rims are made by Real Racing wheels. They are what they call their truck pulling line and are better suited to straight line applications like truck pulling or drag racing. They can better handle the weight as well. They are not a 1 piece wheel though, they are a welded assembly.

They do have a three piece modular wheel that would have worked as well but it was twice the price and better suited to sand rail or baja type applications. Real was very helpful in figuring out what the best wheel would be for what I wanted.

I hope to have them fully assembled this week but I am in the middle of a G80 rebuild on the truck. I got it out of the case last night and I am tearing it down today. I really hate having to rebuild the G80 but no other options are available for the 11.5 yet.

Damn G80 Gov-Lok assembly is missing more teeth than an Alabama trailer park.

Getting that done is the top priority right now.

Was that exactly 1 inch extra? or 1 inch and some change?
maybe I should go 6.5" to be safe, than 7", hmmm

It was just barely an inch. No problem on the photos, glad I could be of help. I prolly would not go for the 7 inch backspace, I bet it would get pretty tight.
