Yeah, it's amazing the info they actually put in the owner's manual. I, like others, have never really paid a lot of attention to any owner's manual, lol.

It worked! It is amazing that the accelerator does so much more than give fuel to your motor.

Yup! Traction control is on the off position when I start the truck now.

I used to have problems with the traction control when I was trying to pull out in traffic from a turn. If a wheel slips even a little bit it closes the throttle and I am stuck out in front of the on comming traffic with no power.

I have an 06 crew cab with a tc button right above the headlight switch and it will not work for me. I tried several times but it still comes on when i start the vehicle! help i hate pushing that everytime i get in!

This is GREAT info. Not sure if it will work on my 08 but I'm going to give it a try. Nothing like accelerating out of a turn and having the throttle closed and the rear brakes applied!!!
