Default Chevy lean question.

I just removed the factory 2" blocks. Replaced all the hardware (u-bolts, saddles, etc.) Before I removed the blocks there was maybe a 1/2" difference between left and right rear. Now there is better than 1" difference and there is less fuel in the tank now than when I removed the blocks. What would cause the Chevy lean to get worse? I did de-crank the keys up front also. But would that affect the rear lean? The front is pretty level.

I would bet it is from decranking the bars. Supposedly the "lean" originates from the front of the vehicle. Make small adjustments and run it around the block each time in between. I did this and got mine a lot closer to level.

I have a 3/5 drop and noticed the lean a lot after lowering. i raised the driver side leaf shackle a notch and it completely took away the lean and leveled both front and rear

There was tsb and they even sell the part now that is a about 1/4 to 3/8" thick that goes between the leaf spring and perch. I have heard this works well sort of like what terravast4 mentioned. Just remembered about that....

Thanks! Come to think of it, the key adjustment bolts weren't set the same when I started. I'll hold off messing with them for now. I've got 1-3" drop keys and 2" shackles on the way.

Thanks! Once the new keys and shackles are installed I'll fine tune with the key adjustments and shackles.
Your trucks stance is killer! Maybe just a tad too low for me. What parts did you use for the 3-5 drop?
