I'm using uncut factory coils with Belltech drop spindles as well. Running 275/45/22 tire. Ride is firm not caddy. With my heavier wheels and Belltech sway bars that firms the ride up as well so theres that... rides good though aka wife doesn't complain.

Got the struts a few days ago, Kristin over at suspension source was great and $134.98 shipped to my door is even better! They're really nice and I'll have them on in a few days. Right now I'm running a 2/4 and it sets pretty level, but I want the front just a little lower. I'm gonna run my bell tech 1" drop coils on the struts and them adjust them up 1/2", so in the end I'll be at 2 1/2" in the front and 4" in the rear.

Finally got the struts on and they made a huge improvement! Lot firmer and took care of most the body roll, can hardly tell any at all now. I think I'm gonna take the 4" coils outa the rear now and do some 5"

Nice, it looks great.
I'm even more exited to see it dropped on 17s.
Can you take a more clear side view shot?
Also what does your drop consist of f/r?
I've been looking for a dropped NNBS Tahoe on 17s forever.

I love the way it looks now! It's got about a 1" rake, exactly what I was going for, and it handles much better with the bell tech struts! The whole kit consists of 2" drop spindles for the front with 1& drop coils and the struts with one ring removed, the rear is shock extenders and 4" drop coils. The way it is on paper is a 3 1/2" front, 4" rear. It's perfect in my opinion and I'll get some clear pics in the daytime tomorrow posted up! I love the 17"s too! I'm in the middle of seeing about widening the rears 3" or so! The only problem is tire size.... There's plenty of options for 18" just not 17"

MAN THAT LOOKS AWESOME.
Thanks for taking the time snap some pics, it really look great.
That is exactly what I'm going to do. But, I may go 5" out back.

Its funny you say something about widening your wheels. Who are you thinking of having them widened by? I also agree about the tires. What tires did you have in mind?

I don't know yet? It may not be able to be done, because the face of these factory wheels wraps around the front lip.... So I'm not sure if someone could widen these? May have to do a set of soft 8's or something. On the tires 17's come in plenty of widths that would work, just not heights. I think I'm gonna look at some 18's and maybe a 305/55/18 or something for the rear and like a 275/60/18 for the front.... Not sure on the brand, but something like a nitto

That is exactly what I was thinking about.
These guys do some amazing work. I had inquired with them in regards to widening our wheels. Waiting for a response.
Welcome to Weldcraft Wheels | Wagtail Demo

I love soft 8s and they do come in a 9" wide wheel for a pretty decent price.
I'm going to have to look into tires, I haven't really checked to see what was available and the sizes. You may be correct, upsizing may be the way to go.
