Default 4l80e Swap - Loooooong Shifts and Spongy

2007 (NNBS) Turbo Suburban
E38 - ECM
T42 - TCM

I'm using Frost / PCM of NC relay harness and using a modified 60e tune.

I've logged very long shift times. The truck feels like it is shifting much quicker than than what the scanner is showing...

Right after the swap the truck felt great.

Acceleration now is very "spongy"

Shifts have also went from lunging the truck forward to smooooth.

I've attached the current tune and a few logs.

I don't know a ton, but might it be best to run a 4l80e with a proper 4l80e segment swap?

Sounds like torque management is taking over, tune files are greek to me at this point (hoping to change that soon, but in the meantime...) is you havent reduced or done away with the babysitter, it will feel spongy and take forever to shift....the computer will learn and try to compensate for "harsh" shifts...

All torque management has been zero'd. Or at least what I can find...
