4L80E swap guys in here, do you have drive shaft length?

This was perfect for mine.
Front drive shaft on the OBS's has a fair amount of 'telescopic' movement in it and didn't need altering.
The older 4x4 4l60e are shorter (12mm sounds about right, ) then the LS1 style. I know this cuz I used a shell of one out of a 98 for mock up when I put the 5.3 and 4l60e in my dads 72 chevy 4x4 pickup. Then I went to put the new 5.3/4l60e in for the final time, the motor mounts wouldn't fit!, lol I had to move the holes forward about 12mm

8 years later....

Still 30mm shorter on the rear shaft?
