Well if you do it without the car running your running off the volts in the battery which mine is at 12.5 (in my case). With the car running my volts are 13.7.

With the truck off and turning on the pump my reads 56psi. With it running and vacuum line removed it is 58psi. Not a big difference but a difference.

Yea I've never thought about the voltage change. Thats a good thing to consider. Sorry for getting off topic btw.

So are you going to try a different regulator to see if your reference diaphragm is bad or is it not enough of a difference to worry about?

I still have my aeromotive a1000 regulator i can easily swap inplace of the fuelab to see if it a regulator issue. Perhaps this weekend i try, i dunno.

So should the stock fpr function the same way? 1 to 1?? My fuel pressure reads 60psi at idle. It stays around 55-58 under boost...

Returnless systems stay at 58psi and the IFR table compensates for vacuum situations

Hey, don't know what I was thinking last night. Our boost gauges read vacuum in In. HG and not psi. So when it shows -15 on the boost gauge, that is really only 7 psi of vacuum and fuel pressure should be around 51psi. So is your FPR diaphragm doing its job?
