Default Tax return special and a kit for 2850.00

It's that time again. Getting some of your hard earned money back.
Better way to introduce a new kit and a sale on another kit.
First the Stage 1.
This is an entry level kit, and will work will on stock 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L engines 500hp and down. If you want more power just upgrade the turbo in the selection section on the shopping car. Do not want a turbo with it just select no turbo in the options.
This is a bare bones kit, with all the large major parts needed for a turbo kit. We know many customers want to save as much money as possible when buying a turbo kit. So we took our Stage 2 and stripped away all the little parts. By not stocking these parts saves you a pretty good chunk of coin. The turbo in this kit we have used for years with ZERO issues.

turbo is a 70mm Ptrim .96ar. Upgrades are available for an added price.
Hot pipes are all stainless steel and include our Cast stainless steel manifold.
Inter cooler kit is our standard ic kit but uses universal mounts brackets you have to bend and make fit your application.
Cold piping is aluminum and has bead rolled ends.
Precision 39mm waste gate with 5 different boost springs.
RPS 50mm blow off valve
standard oil line kit psi and return

Picture shows a 09+ kit with added maf flange and wide band bung. It is for reference only, your kit may look different.

STAGE 1 2850.00 plus freight.
• 70 mm turbo
• waste gate 39mm Precision
• 50mm RPS blow-off valve
• Crossover and Downpipe
• BLEM CAST STAINLESS STEEL turbo manifold
• Cold piping with bead roll
• Intercooler with universal mounting hardware
• Silicone couplers and clamps
• Oil pressure and return lines
• Oil pressure and return fittings
• 02 bungs
• washers, bolts and nuts.

Stage 3 on sale 3599.93 plus shipping.
This kit has been around YEARS now and has proven its self a great kit for those guys looking for 600hp range.
The kit comes standard with a 76mm Qtrim .96. Has shown to work well for modified 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0LThere are many upgrades to the kit, larger turbo, and larger intercoolers to fit your needs.

Picture shows 09+ kit with added maf flange.

76mm Turbo with turbo BLANKET

Oil pressure and return fittings
Drill and tap for oil return into pan
02 bungs

Washer, bolts, and Nuts
Large Air Filter
4" 90degree Turbo Elbow Inlet
Heater Hose and clamps
One check Valve
Breather filter

4" 90' Race Inter cooler only. 500.00 + shipping
This 4" race inter cooler mounts to the A frame core support, behind your grill. Your transmission cooler and any other coolers that are in front of your A frame support will need to be relocated. Inter cooler will fit 99-13 GM trucks, depending on year model some modifying to the back side of the grill and or core support is needed.. This core is designed to fit the 09+ GM trucks but can be be used on early models as well with modifying the vehicle. This core is 4.0 x 23 x 12, Your inlet face to outlet face is 24" across and has internal baffling. Keeping the air tubes shorter increases its overall flow potential and the cores max horse power potential. The longer the tube length the higher the restriction. Most of the cooling in a air/air inter coolers happens in the first 6"-9" of the tube. After that the heat removal gets less and less. So this core maximizes the cooling area, by completely filling the front area of the truck, yet staying with a shorter tube length. Inlets/Outlets are 3" aiming 180' apart.

Kit comes with inter cooler only, and mounting brackets.

As always if there is anything you need for your boost project just PM, Call or Text

Your Stage 1 kit is exactly what I was looking for for my 07 Avy with 5.3L. I was looking really hard into a supercharger as this is just my weekend truck and I use it to haul a 6,000lb loaded camper twice a year but the super charger kits are just waaayyy outta my price range.

Do you do tuning at your location? If not, who do you recommend?

I've had my eye on your kits for a while, this might just make me pull the trigger.

On the 99-07c trucks, does the cold side piping come straight up to the throttle body from underneath or does it run horizontal from the battery area? Do you have pictures of an engine bay with the stage 3 kit?

No we do not at this time.
I use PatrickG on several builds.

Piping is kept inside the frame and yes the piping comes from under the core support and up to the turbo and throttle body.

Instructions for 99-07

That is perfect, just the way I was hoping it routed.

So that's the standard "stage 2 intercooler kit", correct? I won't make enough power for the race intercoolers you have

Yes.
Stage 1 kits won't upgrade to race intercoolers.
If someone's wants s race cooler it would be in the stage 3 or larger kits.
