Default removed SLE sticker

the SLE sticker on my truck was slowly peeling off so i decided to help it out and pull it off. now there's a square blob behind my window where it was. it's not glue but looks more like the paint or the metal has a glob defect. any info?

Get some bug and tar remover, then wax it up. I guess it could have pulled some paint off.

the truck is an 01. i can try the bug and tar remover but this stuff looks like a task. it's almost like GM dribbled some melted metal while welding and covered it up with the crappy SLE badging.
