Just wondering if anybody was going to Lonestar next Saturday for the Street Wars are whatever they are calling it.....I'm thinking about heading up there for the test and tune that starts at 6 so I can get my truck down the strip a couple of times and get some baseline numbers.

 

Thinking about it. Ive been out there to watch a few times but have never raced my truck. I live in Sugarland but have always raced at SAR just because I have some San Antonio friends/relatives that always seem to be out there. That drive gets old though. So yeah, planning on checking it out. Anyone else?

cool.....I'll be there in the f150, it will have 18's on it instead of the 22's though, don't want to burn through those pirelli's just yet.

 

Decided I am going. Would love to line up with some other trucks just for the fun of it. Look for a white Chevy 2500HD.

 

will do.....look for my F150......I decided I'm going to run on the 22's partly because I'm in the middle of polishing the 18's and the look like crap right now, and the other part is I decided I needed a tune before I run them so I can adjust shift points and what not.

damnit, I'm pissed, I was just checking over the truck before I headed out and I picked up a bubble on the sidewall of a tire....Luckily the ford dealership is going to swap them out for me, but I'm pissed I'm not going to get to run today. No ford dealerships in the houston area have the size tire that I need, so I'm stuck rolling on a spare until Monday
