Default Midwest Meet (IL, IA, MI, IN, ETC)

Hey guys n gals...so i finally have a midwest meet planned. Have 5-6 guys already planning on coming down over on gmfs.

Date: June 7th 2008 (first sat. of the month)

Location: my house

Events: burnouts, bowling, photoshoot, etc. anything goes pretty much.

Hotel: got a deal at $45, most of the rooms have never been slept in since the hotel was built since we dont have alot of traffic.

Don't have to worry about food or anything, i'll gladly fire up the grille. with the cost of gas it'd be the least i could do.

I live in Gilman, IL if you want to mapquest it or whatever. I've got enough room for 75+vehicles so if you wanna bring a bunch of buddies from local truck clubs or whatever feel free to.

feel free to toss any ideas out for activities...i really dunno. Closest thing to me activity wise is a bowling alley 25min north of me on the interstate, unless you guys golf then we could hitup the local course.

bowling or golf, although not that interesting, with good people both are very very fun. I'd look forward to anything, esp with the winter we've all had. 'Bout 8 more inches tonight.

i've been seeing that on the news. We just received another 4-5 inches or so of snow today. 1 f**kin month, May 20th is the 1st day of spring. I need warm weather and outdoor activites.

no joke man, we usually get our equipment out and ready in the middle of march (full wash, clay, compounds, sealant, etc etc.), oil changes, fuel filters, repack bearings, change implement sweeps...not fun when its 30* and the ground is soaked.

hopefully it dries up soon, the 10day is callin for 40's for the rest of february so maybe i'll luck out since i do it all.

geez, that sounds like a fun time I noticed the 10 day here as well, by the end of the week here it looks like mid 30's steady. That'll be nice.
