Default Tune Question - Shift Point Recommendations?

I tried searching, but I couldn't really find what I'm looking for. Maybe I had the wrong key words. Anways, I'm going to be getting my Westers tune retuned soon for the Pacesetter LTs I have on the way. While I'm there I might have the shift points bumped up. My question is: What would be good shift points for me? Mods are in sig, plus long tubes on the way. Currently in "street" mode I shift at 5,600 rpm. In "race" mode (tow/haul) I shift at 5,800. I was thinking of bumping street mode to 5,800. Tow/haul mode I use at the track. Can I do 6,000 rpms? Higher? Any recommendations would be great. Thanks in advance.

on a stock cam and truck intake you are going to flatline about 5600 RPM's if you want to spin the 1-2 shift to 6K it wont hurt anything though... it just wont be making any more power.

Ok so adjusting my shift points from where they are now isn't going to help my quarter mile times any?

I would go with 5900-6000 on the 1-2 shift and about 5800 on the 2-3 shift IMO.

My Z71 back when it was modded like yours liked the 1-2 at 6100 and the 2-3 at 5800 for the best times.
