Default Gm new warranty for 07

new warranty announced for all cars and light trucks for 07. 5year 100,000miles. sounds like the best warranty in the industry.

since when did anyone not hit 100K in 5 years? seriously for a DD? When my truck was a DD and I didnt have a company truck I put 35K a year pretty much on my truck.

Question

Are you sure it's a bumper to bumper coverage? A lot of those have catches.
They may still only cover it for 3yr/36K bumper to bumper and give the rest of the warranty left a powertrain warranty.

when i bought my jeep wrangler(before i traded for the silvy) the dealership guy handed me the extended warrenty paper and said the base warrenty starts here and the max warrenty is here. but failed to show me where the no extra warrenty was located.

got to watch out for that too :-p

the 100,000 mile 5 yr is just powertrain, yea youll probably reach the 5 yrs first but its better than wat they had before

too bad with this warranty, im sure the stealership will jsut be that much more apt to say, this isnt stock, your mod caused the damage, not warrantied anymore. good for strict stocker though
