i havn't run it at the track yet since the rebuild. and i need a new turbo. if by system you mean engine then yes i built it.

I meant the turbo system, did that come stock?

yeah. the motor was originally out of an 88 thunderbird turbocoupe. it's a 2.3 turbo. there might be 2 or 3 parts on the thing that are stock though.
