Default Sold My Truck!!! What Should Be Next????

Hey guys, I just sold my truck and im about to buy my next vehicle. Im trying to decide what i should get and i figured id take yalls opinions into consideration. The guy at the credit union said i can get pretty much anything i want due to my high credit score and i have already been pre-approved so let the shopping begin!! lol. I would like to get another truck but i have also be itching for another fast car. I have set my own limit as to how much i would like to spend because i want my payment to stay resonable so id like to stay at 16,000 or less. This leaves me with an easy monthly payment and plenty of mod money!! I know i can find something i like alot for that price anyways. My favorite body style for the silverados is the 99-02's. Heres my choices so far even though i am still consider everything and anything....

1. Bagged 01-02 ECSB Silverado
(Im actually looking at a local truck off here this weekend. Its for sale by Leath213. Heres the link.. http://www.mautofied.com/listing-100020885.html)

2. 98-02 Camaro SS
(Heres a link... http://www.mautofied.com/listing-100021464.html)

What do yall think?

BTW, If i do get the truck, my first thing would be to add a nice set of 20's, add a 4-link rear setup to the bag system and finish off all the little things that still need to be done.

And if i get the car, a drop, new headlights and a set of Fikse M5's would do the trick. Oh yea, borla tips too.

Corvette would be bad *** but i doubt i will find one for the price id like to stay around... lol.

See, i could go get a brand new truck if i want to and that would be nice but id rather have the small monthly payment so i can have plenty of money left over for mods or whatever. Plus, im only 20 so insurance on a vette would be KILLER!!

CONGRATS Taylor !!!! IMO, I'd go for the truck, it's got low mileage and it's what you've been wanting. The car has way too much mileage and I seriously doubt your credit union would even finance it, unless you get a personal line of credit or something. You can easily make the truck just as fast as a Camaro.

Another option would to keep looking and find a low mileage, completely stock '02 like I did. You should be able to pick one up at a great price and have a fresh canvas for what you want.

Also, get another truck so we can do some more trading. LOL!

if i sell my truck, i'm gonna buy a $1000 beater, another 4-wheeler and a 78-81 style vette and drop a LS1/T56 in it. I can't be building my daily driver forever

I am itching to get a "fast" car. I would like to get a low miles 02 Fbody, a low miles 05 gto, or a 99-01 c5. Not going to happen for another 6 mos+ though.

Good luck on finding what you want.

Between those two vehicles, I would choose the Camaro. You will still have enough money left afterwards to drop it and treat it to a nice set of Fikse wheels. If you are looking for a daily driver, do not get that truck. It's not practical for daily driving. Too many things could go wrong. Overall, it all comes down to what you need. Do you want to tow/haul stuff?, do you want to go fast?, single?, married?, kids? etc.

The truck looks nice. You should check out the suspension and ask questions about the components to know what you are getting. I am sure many of the guys at gmfullsize could help you in determining if it was done right. If it is all crap under the truck, you will end up replacing it all and imo should have got something else to begin with. I am not saying I know a lot about bags or any for that matter, but I have heard enough horror stories about people buying bagged trucks and it ends up costing twice as much.

It says it has a 6 gallon tank, from what I have read that will not be big enough and your compressor will be running a lot. I am curious why he used 1/2 valves in the front and 3/8 in the back.
