Default GMHTP Truck Coverage

Check out the Radix install and Nelson tune review in GMHTP this month.

I modded a Radix to accept the Autometer dual channel IAT gage to pull air temperatures from the before and after the intercooler.

Just wanted to let you guys know we are still comitted to tech on the trucks.

John, good to see you joined the Radix bunch! I'll be looking forward to your tests. Hope to see an air box comparison, and maybe a comparison between long tubes vs mid-lengths with the Radix. Was ready to go with the Stainless Works headers, but with all the horror stories I've heard lately, and some more thoughts towards mids, it looks like my choice would be for TOG's right now. Keep up the good work!!

The data I have collected so far has been pretty interesting, the summary of it is in next months installment.

The Radix has been an absolute blast. I just came back from a road trip hauling my Nova about 650 miles and the truck ran perfectly.
The truck is a total sleeper at the stoplight.

I do have plans for some airbox comparisons.
The truck currently has the Stainlessworks headers and cat back on it, and I don't plan on changing them. A header comparo with the Radix would be nice, but I just don't have the time to tackle that one.

I am working with HPTuners V2.0 and Allen Nelson on tuning which I will cover in an upcoming article.

I don't think they are available anymore, but I bought them from Tire Rack and had them powdercoated the gunmetal color.
