Question I need a new driveshaft!!

I know some of the sponcers will and do make custom ds but do any of the sponcers have on file the length of these drivshaft's for our trucks? Like if I called one of the sponcers and said that I have a scsb with a 60E in it would they have the correct length for my truck? I just hate measuring for ds length!!! The forms that you obtain off of some of these sites are so confusing.

Well, I don't want to spend another $900 for one!!! My buddy is willing to pay for it but I think I want to spend the money elsewhere. What do you think? Go ahead and buy another one??? If I can get one almost as good as this one and save $400+..........I don't know what I want to do. I was just trying to look at my or some of my other options.

werd i dotn know the measure ment for your truck and all could be slightly different if you call a d/s place to make one like dennys driveshaft or whoever, you need the measurement from the end of the output shaft to the face of the yolk

Nope stockers arent strong enough once you start getting real power that thin walled aluminum ds will twist extremely easy.

Well, the stocker is too heavy in my opinion and was wanting to keep the rotating mass to a min....Austin Performance ordered my last one for me. I did the measuring for this one to but I don't remember it being this difficult(the order forms and stuff)! I will proly just call someone(sponcers) inthe morn.
