Default Torn Between 2 trucks

the first one is a '04 Sierra SLT ECSB, Z71, beige met, loaded out with fenderflares, leather, onstar, etc.... its new and they want 28K for it

the next one is also a 04 Sierra SLT Crew Cab short bed, 4x2, Blue, also loaded out and brand new and they want 27k for it.

i pretty much have my choice between the two, and i dont know if i need $ wheel drive or not, i have a 96 Tahoe LT 4x4 not and i never use the 4 wheel drive.

I think it is....I am planning on adding helper airbags in the rear to ensure that it is not a problem.
