Default where do i buy wheel adapters/spacers

i need to know where to get wheel adapters to change my 6lug over to 5x4.75 but only if it will not hurt the integrity of the truck. i dont want to risk tearing up the truck if this bolt pattern is not strong enough for our trucks. i want to run 17x11 corvette wheels in the back and i never carry anything in the truck except myself and the stereo. need some professional opinions please.

Bryan,
I'm back home and have the adapters ready to go. Send me your email address and I'll send you pics. The adapters are about 6 1/4 pounds each by the way. Even so, I still lost about 15 lbs per wheel when I traded the truck tires for the Vette wheels and adapters. Not to mention that it was pretty damn cool just putting them on a truck and having the offset right
