Found the reason the fluid was dirty. Forward clutch material really stuck in the carrier. Smelled like clutch material as well when I cracked it open. Clutches themselves looked ok. Probably from towing and downshifting in to first gear a billion times. Replaced big piston. Inner seal looked ok so I didn’t change it because I don’t really have a way to press the new seal on. Changed bushing for input shaft. Old one looked worn and felt weird, shaft looked ok and felt smooth though 🤷🏼♀️.
