Clock spring easy fix, not sure how the headlights got affected.

Yea, its an easy fix if I can find the right dang part. gmpartsdirect wants $370 for it. I'll sell my steering wheel and swap it out before I'll pay that much just for a harness to have controls.

On the part I took out it reads 26113964 but I can't find this anywhere online and the dealer can't find that part either. Its the only number listed on the SIR Coil. The one they want to sell me for the fix is $475.
