Default WTB: 6.0 LQ9 Camshaft SUM-8718, SM-8719, or something similar, not big radical cam

Figured I'd rustle the bushes here to see if anyone has a good 6.0 LQ9 camshaft for sale before placing an order for a new one. I'm looking for something like the Summit brand 8718 or 8719. Any small, conservative camshaft that is a step up from the factory LQ9 camshaft is what I am after. Located in Socal, but will consider having it shipped also. Let me know what you got. Thanks.

An SDPC 220 222, 570 570, 112 on Ebay for under 200 shipped. Not much of a description so I would ask for more pics...

Sounds like their SDPC LS6 Power Max Plus (has 2 degrees built in). In a smaller 5.3L, it gives up some torque below 2500rpm. But in the larger 6.0L it should be equal to or better than the stock cam from convertor-flash on up. But if even more low end grunt is wanted, their "LS6 Power Max" (not the Plus) is 204/222. That one should fall somewhere between the two Summit cams mentioned.

Both are are available new for <$240 directly from SDPC.

Thank you both for the info. Looking at something a little less aggressive since it's a daily driver and tow rig. The SDPC seems like a substantial jump from the factory camshaft specs.

I'd try the Texas Speed 212/218 low lift. It is a tried and true camshaft and I am running it in my 6.0

I was going to try that Summit one though but decided to just go with the normal easy one
