Remington Long Range
My new Remington Long Range. 30-06, 26in Varmint barrel, B&C M40 stock. Initial reports have had sub MOA accuracy with off the shelf Win white box ammo. Waiting for a day off to run some hand loads through it.

Eh it's not doing too bad. It's still breaking in. Im using some old 180gr core-lots at around 2300fps for that getting around half Moa at 100. Waiting to complete the break in until I throw the bergers down range.

Final update. Rifle is fully broken in and it shows. Geez this thing is boringly accurate and predictable. Added a couple pounds via the hollow butt stock to bring the recoil down to 243win levels. The rifle itself is far more accurate than I. Right now I'm managing sub 1/2 moa groups at 300 yards using 175gr berger over 56gr of H4350. I don't think there's a need to up the charge anymore, though there's plenty of safe room to do so, as this already does everything I need it to do.

Yeah I don't know who's making their barrels these days, but they need to stick with them. I do love the 5R models, but for $700 dollars, it's a bit hard to argue with what I've got. Especially since it's an 06. For some reason, this new crowd, and even some of the old timers, seem to think the 06 quit being accurate in the 50's.
