if they don't post according to texas law, there is nothing they can do. I can't think of an actual legal sign that I've seen yet...I comply when I see any 30-06 sign. technically they have to be 1" block letters in all caps...but I figure if they post the actual code, I might as well avoid arguing petty technicalities....which the only place I have seen it was the museum of natural science in Houston.

No, carrying in a establishment that has more than 51% of revenue from alcohol is a crime. You must have taken my statement a little more than superficial than was intended; there's obvious no-no places of carrying that every CCW holder knows. Do you hold a CCW/CHL Tom?
