I have been shooting a 6.5 Grendel for a little over a year and love it, but having money in my pocket is not an option... So I put together my first 6.8 SPC.
It has a WOA 6.8 SPC spec II 16" barrel mid-length gas system, with a Midwest industries railed hand guard and a Titan SJC brake.


This is the first load I tried in it. I think it may be a keeper...

 

my 6.8 shot .75s all day, so i didnt even try to better the load.
Then i took it apart and put the 5.56 24" on it.

 

I've got a 1-10 twist 24" .204 varmint upper that I've been using 50 g. Bergers with. It's been shooting really well. Been toying with the idea of build a 22" Varmint in 6x45 to compliment my 16". I love the wildcats!

 

I really like that titan sjc comp but shooting it with out hear muffs is not an option! I have a Kies linear comp I'm gonna try on it and see if I can stand to shoot it with out plugs...

 

If its not threaded for the suppressor, it stays in the safe..

 

Yeah the Kies Comp brought the muzzle blast way down! I can actually shoot it with out hearing protection pretty easily now. Rattled off three round night before last and didn't even have a hint of ringing of the ears afterward.
